The preferred format for supply of artwork is digital. The recommended digital format is Adobe Acrobat PDF version 4.0 or 5.0 composite files. Material may also be submitted in QuarkXPress 4.1, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop formats. All scans, logos, illustrations and fonts (used in the layout document and placed EPS files) must be supplied in addition to the layout file. Other formats must be approved by our production department. Conversion charges may apply. CMYK Colour must be used throughout. A colour digital proof is required for colour reference. We accept no responsibility for colour variations if files are supplied in RGB format and/or you do not supply a certified colour accurate digital proof (EPSON or similar). At a minimum, a laser copy of the final artwork is required to enable us to check content. Please supply a digital colour proof with your files (i.e. Epsom or similar).
